Pomodoro Technique**:**

  1. Set work phase: Set a timer for 25 minutes. This is referred to as a "Pomodoro". Focus exclusively on your work during this time.
  2. Short break: After the timer has expired, take a short break of 5 minutes. Use this time to relax and recover.
  3. Longer break: After four "Pomodoros" (so after about two hours), take a longer break of 15-30 minutes. These longer breaks help to restore mental energy. </aside>
